Where will I train?
You’ll train with me at the Raw by Bek studio, located in Mansfield, Brisbane.
What times and days can I train?
You can train with me between 7.30pm and 8.30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, or from 7pm on Wednesday and Friday evenings. I also have spots available on Saturdays and Sundays between 12.30 and 5pm.
If these times don’t suit and you’re still interested in PT, let me know and I can put you in touch with one of the other trainers at the studio.
How much does it cost?
That all depends on how long our training session is! A quick snapshot below.
- 30 minutes = $50
- 45 minutes = $70
- 60 minutes = $80
Get your first session free! It’s an opportunity for us both to work out if we like each other enough to continue training together, and for me to get to know more about you and your goals.
Can I purchase a ‘pack’ of sessions?
Absolutely! Whether it’s for yourself or a friend, purchasing a pack is a great way to stay committed to your training – after all, you should use the sessions you’ve paid for! If you pay for a pack, you’ll enjoy a small discount as well.
- 5 pack of sessions – save 5%
- 10 pack of sessions – save 10%
The fine print: You have three months to use your sessions, and you will need to pay for the pack upfront (ie, you cannot pay for five sessions individually and still enjoy the discount). Once paid for, the sessions must be used – if you decide you no longer wish to use your remaining sessions, you cannot have them refunded however you can choose to sell them on to another person.
How do I pay?
I’ll set you up with an account using our secure, trusted online payment system. This will then debit your nominated account. Sorry, we don’t take cash. You will need to pay in advance, and you have three months to use the sessions you’ve paid for.
What do I need to bring?
A towel, water bottle, dreams and a smile!
What else is on offer at the Raw by Bek studio?
A HUGE timetable of varied group fitness classes, including HIIT cardio, strength, metabolic condition, athletics, core and stretching. Find out more here.
What qualifications do you have?
I have a Certificate III/IV in Fitness, along with a Certificate of Competency in Pre- and Post-Natal Training. I’m also a certified Les Mills BodyStep and RPM instructor, and trained in CX Worx. I’m also currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise (Honours) in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
As with all fitness professionals worth their salt, my CPR and First Aid are up to date (although I hope we never have to use them!).
What if I have an injury or some type of physical limitation?
Every single person is different, so every program is tailored specifically to you. I’ll work with you and take advice from your medical professionals to design a program that still helps you achieve your goals while keeping you safe.
What if I’m pregnant or recently had a baby?
All good – I have additional qualifications in pre- and post-natal training. However, you will need a doctor’s clearance to exercise. I also have an online pregnancy and post-natal training program – Hey Mama! Fitness – that may suit your needs.
