I’m Mel, and I’m here to guide you! I’m an experienced, Brisbane-based group fitness instructor and fully qualified personal trainer, with extra qualifications in pre- and post-natal training. I’m also currently studying at university to become an Exercise Physiologist.
My philosophy is that fitness and health should be accessible to everyone. I’m not the kind of PT who will yell and scream at you. I’m here to support and encourage you, and inspire you to live your best life and achieve your goals.
Whether you’re just getting back into fitness or you’re an experienced athlete, I’ll work with you to help you achieve your goals and we’ll have some fun along the way. We are in this together!
